Chapter One: The Initiation
Es beginnt alles mit einer Idee.
It all begins with one dude, seeing the game from a whole new perspective.
The perspective feels unlike anything before — yet the feeling of truth is undeniable.
It makes so much sense to him that he can’t help but follow the joy it brings.
He starts talking with some poker friends from back in the day and offers coaching sessions.
During these sessions, for the first time, he feels that there’s something real behind it.
Wanting to attract the type of players who fit his coaching style, he wonders what the best way would be.
Vincent — his name — starts creating a website: Team-VIP.de.
A way not only to attract the right people, but to channel all that attention and turn it into momentum.
As time goes by, Vincent sets up VIP’s first team.
The team begins to understand what this is really about.
There’s excitement, drive, and a sense of direction.
Sometimes doubt sneaks in — but somehow, everything works out.
They start to feel pressure from the outside — the looks, the questions, the skepticism —
but instead of breaking under it, they learn to use it.
They start turning pressure into fuel.
The first small wins appear.
Confidence grows.
They still feel the need to prove themselves,
but that’s exactly what keeps the fire alive.
The attention from outside is high —
everyone’s wondering what the VIP is about.
There’s resistance, doubt.
And yet, underneath it all, there’s something undeniably true about it.
This is where initiation peaks.
The first glimpse of what’s possible.
The beginning of everything that follows.
Chapter Two: The Collapse
Es beginnt alles mit einer Idee.
After initiation comes the collapse.
The word sounds harsh — but it’s only the collapse of what was never truly you.
This is one of the hardest parts of the journey.
Inside, resistance builds. Outside, doubt echoes.
Everything seems to push back — people, situations, even your own thoughts.
The fire turns up until it’s almost unbearable.
Sometimes it feels like you’re breaking.
Like the world is laughing while you’re still in the mud.
And yet, deep down, something knows: this is exactly how it’s supposed to be.
Every once in a while, you get a glimpse — a moment where the system works,
a win that reminds you why you’re here.
But still, it’s hard.
Because how do you let go of what you’ve spent your whole life calling you?
The pressure gets heavy.
It can feel like everything is against you.
The more it burns, the more fire you catch.
The more fire, the stronger the will.
From the outside, it may look quiet.
Like nothing’s really happening.
We’re in the lab — studying, reflecting, talking, refining —
while the world assumes we’ve slowed down.
But we know what’s coming.
We’re not falling behind — we’re building pressure.
We’re taking our run-up.
Chapter Three: The Integration
Es beginnt alles mit einer Idee.
After the collapse comes the rise.
And this — this might be the most beautiful part of the journey.
Suddenly, things start to work again.
Hands that used to go wrong now flow naturally.
Decisions feel clear.
There’s a quiet, unshakable trust in the air —
a knowing that you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
The game starts to move with you, not against you.
The streets feel alive.
Momentum builds — and you can feel it.
People start to notice.
Some get scared.
They used to laugh — now you’re the one stacking chips.
Some even switch sides and want to be part of it.
You’re growing — slowly, steadily, confidently.
And in the middle of it all, you’re having the time of your life.
There are moments where it almost feels too easy —
so effortless that it makes you smile.
You no longer feel the need to compare.
You’re deeply grounded in yourself,
in your process, in your game.
All you want is a good time — with yourself, with the team, with life.
Integration isn’t about rebuilding what was lost.
It’s about realizing that you never really lost anything —
you just needed to remember who you were.
This is where growth stops being effort and starts being expression.
You don’t play to prove anything anymore — you play because you love the game.
Chapter Four: The Expansion
Es beginnt alles mit einer Idee.
Expansion is where everything begins to flow.
The game feels effortless — we don’t chase results anymore, we attract them.
What once felt uncertain now moves with precision.
We’re no longer trying to control the game — we are the rhythm it follows.
At this point, we’re undeniable.
We feel it, we see it, and so does everyone else.
We’ve become part of the scene — not as outsiders, but as a force that shapes it.
Players join, the team grows fast.
Momentum multiplies itself.
We no longer fight for our place.
We move in trust, knowing that everything works in our favor.
The thrill that once came from pressure has transformed into peace.
And that peace — it’s deeper than anything we’ve felt before.
We are grateful.
Grateful for the journey, for every lesson, every win, every loss.
It all makes sense now.
Because what started as a poker academy became something far greater —
a family.
One that grows through truth, stands through trust,
and keeps expanding, together.
